As such, results and experiences may vary from person to person.
2. No Refunds: Due to the nature of our Reiki services, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. Once the service has been provided, we are unable to recover or revoke the energy exchanged during the session. This policy applies regardless of the outcome or personal experience you may have had during the session.
3. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: Although we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience and ensure that you receive the highest level of care and attention during your Reiki session. If you have any concerns or questions about your experience, we encourage you to contact me directly, and I will do my best to address and resolve any issues.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you need to make any changes, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a missed appointment fee of $50.
5. Non-Transferable: Please note that our Reiki services are non-transferable. You may not transfer your session or appointment to another person without prior agreement from Pam Huston.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy: Pam Huston reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
