Typically only one QHHT session is all that is necessary. It may depend on history, level of trauma or level of attachment to these perceptions. As well as some people may not feel completely open to healing yet or may only be able to handle small amounts of healing at one time. In these cases, a follow up session maybe needed.
After a QHHT session, it can be helpful to schedule a follow-up appointment with your practitioner. A QHHT follow-up is a session where you and your practitioner will discuss and integrate the experiences and insights gained during your QHHT session.
During the follow-up session, we’ll review the information that you received during the session, discuss any insights or realizations you may have had, and explore any lingering questions or concerns you may have. The follow-up session is an opportunity to continue the work that began during your QHHT session and to deepen your understanding of the information you received.
In addition to discussing your experiences, a QHHT follow-up may also include some additional healing work or guidance. Depending on your needs and goals, we may discuss further steps that you can take to continue your healing journey.
Overall, a QHHT follow-up is an important part of the QHHT process. It allows you to process and integrate the information and experiences gained during your QHHT session and to continue your healing journey. It’s a chance to further deepen your connection to your higher self and to gain greater insight into your life purpose and path.
